Shipping Policy — Coastline Surf Shop

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons or sales, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Domestic Shipping (Canada) We ship across Canada. Estimated delivery times vary by region:

  • British Columbia: 2–5 business days
  • Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba: 3–7 business days
  • Ontario, Quebec: 5–10 business days
  • Atlantic provinces & Northern territories: 7–14 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Oversized Items (Surfboards & Longboards) We do not regularly ship longboard surfboards due to the high possibility of damage. Surfboards 8' and under and other oversized items may require special handling and will incur additional shipping fees. Delivery times for oversized items may be longer than standard shipments. We'll contact you for additional charges apply before shipping.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high demand. Coastline Surf Shop is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been handed off.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@coastlinesurf.com  and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

In-Store Pickup Local pickup is available at our warehouse location. Select "Pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready and send you location details.
